 CARE PACKAGES FOR THE SEAR SHELTER

Next week instead of meeting at the Changs come join us in making Care Packages for the Sear Shelter (the new one by Multnomah Village) on December 21st from 5:30-8:30pm. Kids are welcome and encouraged. They can help fill bags, make encouraging notes -etc. Location still being worked out and will depend on the response we get.  Everyone will also be taking one bag with them to have in the car ready to hand out when the moment presents itself.

If you can't help that night, but want to donate items- we can coordinate a drop off. Feel free to share with friends. 

This is what they are looking for:

The Care Package list: Care packages (sets of 25, bagged in ziplock baggies): 

>BASIC= socks, toothbrush, chapstick, handwarmers 
>>DELUXE=Basic plus toothpaste, floss, travel tissues, hand sanitizer or wet wipes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, deodorant, disposable razors, tampons

>>ULTRA= Deluxe plus Q-tips, bandaids, lightstick or flashlight w/batteries, emergency blanket, rain poncho

****We broke this up and made a Volunteer Spot so people can let everyone know that they can provide...
